My good friend Karen wants this on the menu every month. Tender pieces of beef and mushrooms slowly cooked in your crock pot. Comfort food at its best! Serve over hot pasta noodles or rice.
Meatball Casserole: Serves 6

Ground Chicken or Pork can be substituted – hasn’t been taste tested – upcharge may apply – email for details
Eight giant meatballs served with a tangy sauce. Great with a baked potato or served with hot buttered noodles. A Dinner 911 favorite for kids and adults alike.

Chicken Entrees
Swiss Chicken:
Serves 6
Everyone’s favorite. Chicken breasts with a slice of swiss cheese covered in a creamy sauce. This is great with Mashed Potato casserole. Don’t like swiss cheese, don’t worry, the flavor isn’t overpowering at all!
Dinner 911 Italian Chicken : (Serves 6)
The additional spices to Italian dressing make all the difference in this Dinner 911 original recipe. Great served on a big mixed greens salad with crusty bread.

Soup
Spicy Mexican Chicken Taco Soup: (Serves 6) Crock Pot
A hearty combination of beans, corn, tomatoes, and taco seasonings, slow cooked with shredded chicken. Deliciously finished, if you like, with Cheddar cheese, sour cream, and crushed tortilla chips. Hearty enough to be it a meal by itself. – Customize this meal – leave out anything you don’ like or make it less spicy.

Pork and Fish Entrees

Korean-Style Pork Tenderloin: (Serves 6) $? upcharge - need to check prices with Greg.
A Cooking Light Recipe that doesn’t fall short in the flavor dept. Soy, ginger, rice vinegar, garlic and other spices make this a delicious meal. A quick browning in an ovenproof skillet, then about 15 minutes in the oven and dinner is done.
Herbed Rubbed Pork (Serves 6) $3 upcharge
Greg’s delicious pork rubbed with herbs and garlic, ready to be grilled or broiled. A refreshing pork dish that will become a favorite.

Asian Honey BBQ Tilapia: (Serves 6)
Asian flavors with pineapple and honey on top of mild flaky white fish. A refreshing, yummie change from your normal dinner.

Pasta
Stuffed Shells Serves 6
Pasta shells filled with a veggie and cheese filling, covered with a simple tomato sauce. Great with crusty garlic bread and a salad.

Vegetarian
Black Bean Soup Serves 4-6
A hearty and healthy traditional black bean soup cooked on your stovetop. Onions, red bell peppers, cumin and tomatoes help this soup be as delicious as it is. Serve with fresh cilantro and a dollop of sour cream.

Dessert
Pineapple Upside Down Cake: 9 x 13 pan
A great dessert to have for a special family dinner or to serve to company. You bake this cake when you want to serve it, so its pineapple and brown sugar bottom can be enjoyed warm from the oven.
